Pros: The flat is big, bright, well positioned and it's easy to park around.

Pros: La casa è stata una piacevole sorpresa, organizzata bene pulitissima e che dire dei materassi.. super comodi! La posizione è strategica si raggiungono diverse località in breve tempo. È sul mare con diverse tipo di spiagge con sabbia dorata o a ciottoli. Ci torneremo di sicuro!!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, einfacher Kontakt und nette Betreuung.

Pros: Schöne Wohnung, ein für uns ungewohnt schmaler Balkon, der jedoch um das gesamte Gebäude herumgeht. Man kann auf dem Balkon sitzen und die Sonne oder frische Lüftchen ausnutzen, je nachdem wo man sich hinsetzt. Wäsche ist im Handumdrehen trocken. Badetücher etc. kann man an mehreren Stellen aufhängen. Klimaanlage war nur im großen Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Für uns und jetzt im September ausreichend. Zusätzlich gab es einen großen Stand-Ventilator. Parken in Sichtweite war kein Problem. Nachbarn hatten ebenfalls ein wachsames Auge auf unser Mietauto. Die Kommunikation war per Telefon und WhatsApp möglich und super einfach. Die Betreuuung herausragend. Ein herzliches Dankeschön geht an Anna.

Beautiful place to visit

Pros: The location ( it was close to the beach even as the closest access entry over the rails was closed, we found another one quite close too), the terrace was big and comfortable, the property is located close to many restaurants, supermarkets, Bakery. Also Balestrate is located within 1h-1h15 min to San Vito Lo Capo, Scopello, Segesta, Montreale, grotta delle colombe and our top beach place- Castellmmare al Golfo.

Cons: We didn' t like the noise from the Street. Also neibours downstairs were sometimes noisy at night. We didn't like the garbage collection system. You need to collect the garbage and check on which day which type of garbage ( plastic,organic) is collected and then put it downstairs the night before.
