В основному дуже сподобалося.

Pros: Розташування було чудове, також були всі зручності для комфортного відпочинку. При заселенні квартира була чистою. Хороша комунікація з власником, при виникненні незручностей швидко їх вирішував! Квартира була просторою а також, просто неймовірний балкон на якому ми проводили більшість свого часу!

Cons: Не вистачало капсул до посудомийної машини. А також був повільний інтернет. Ми перебували 8 днів, і нам трохи не вистачало місця для сміття( можна поставити більші контейнери на першому поверсі)

Wundervolle Gegend, tolle Menschen, der Verwalter Salvatore super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Danke dafür!

Pros: Die Wohnung ist auch für mehrere Personen geeignet. Wenn man sie betritt und nach vorne zur Terrasse schaut, hat man das Gefühl, sich auf einem Schiff zu befinden. Alles was man durch die große Terrassenfront sehen kann, ist das Meer. Möchte man einen Strandurlaub machen, dann läuft man nur wenige Minuten bis zum Meer.

Cons: Leider sind die Kissen viel zu hart - die Kaffeemaschine tropft und (das sage ich als Ferienwohnungsbesitzerin) vielleicht sollte das eine oder andere Küchenuntensil ausgetauscht werden. Aber - wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder anmieten.

Es war herrlich

Pros: Der Ausblick ist herrlich- die Wohnung sehr geräumig- jedes Zimmer mit Bad -wunderbar. Der Strand ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Sehr schöner Sandstrand- off Season allerdings ziemlich ausgestorben. Ein Mini Supermarkt ca 2-3 Minuten entfernt hat uns mit allem was wir brauchten versorgt, inklusive leckere belegte paninis für unsere Wanderungen im zingaro Nationalpark.

Cons: Die Umgebung / Straße ist in der Tat ziemlich verwahrlost- ungepflegt- die Wohnung aber wunderbar und man kann gut entspannen

Lichtdurchfluteter Wohnraum mit tollem Meerblick in Strandnähe

Pros: Traumhafter Ausblick aus lichtdurchfluteter Küche/ Essbereich und Terrasse (Balkon) aufs Meer (wie auf Fotos). Sehr großer Balkon mit bequemen Stühlen, auch in der Wohnung genügend Platz, gut ausgestattet (Wäscheständer, Alexa,…). Neu/ modern, praktisch und im großen und ganzen geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Kurzer Fußweg (ca 3-5min) über eine Bahnüberführung zum Strand, der uns Ende Oktober fast allein gehörte.

Cons: Das Haus ist von außen ziemlich heruntergekommen, auch die Nachbarschaft ist etwas verwahrlost bzw off-season ziemlich verlassen; aber: wenn man die Wohnung betritt, hat man das Gefühl, man kommt in eine andere Welt- sauber, hell , Aussicht! Das Verschließen der Türen mit QR-Code war gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Pros: La casa è semplicemente meravigliosa e il proprietario è una persona molto disponibile disponibile e presente H 24 al bisogno. La vista è spettacolare!!!

Cons: Per arrivare al mare devi fare una discesa(e al ritorno ovviamente salita) più o meno impegnativa. Noi siamo usciti comunque a farla nonostante avessimo una bambina quindi non è limitante

Pros: Appartamento luminoso , ben organizzato, ottimo servizio domotica e posizione eccezionale. Dotazione dell'appartamento perfetta. Soggiorno da ricordare...

Cons: Se devo proprio trovare una cosa negativa il divano letto è poco fruibile per tanta luce in soggiorno.
